Description
Rehabilitation of a residential building, involving the complete demolition of the interior while preserving the exterior façades. The project was based on the architectural design, comprising the site plan, floor and roof plans, elevations and sections, as well as the geological and geotechnical study.
Additionally, technical inspections of the building were carried out, preceded by surface surveys, with the aim of inspecting the existing foundations throughout the entire area. These investigations provided a basis for defining the necessary rehabilitation, structural reinforcement or containment solutions.
The new structure is made of CLT (Cross-Laminated Timber), supported on a reinforced foundation slab.
