Finished Goods Warehouse

Construction of a finished goods warehouse at the Sonae Arauco Portugal, S.A. industrial facility in Oliveira do Hospital, with a 16,000 m² footprint and 4,000 m² of associated paved external areas, including 9 loading docks.

The design of this industrial building incorporates precast concrete solutions, with metal sheet façades and a deck roofing system.

The project was developed for AOC under a design-and-build contract, with construction completed in 7 months. Part of the building was handed over by the end of the fifth month to enable the client to relocate part of its facilities.
